This role focuses on guest satisfaction, team leadership, service quality, and maintaining efficient restaurant operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house and restaurant operations. Lead, train, and support restaurant team members. Maintain high standards for guest service and hospitality. Coordinate staffing, shift coverage, and daily workflow. Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation. Help manage inventory, supplies, and operating costs. Address guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally. Ensure food safety and workplace policies are followed. Work closely with kitchen and management teams to maintain smooth service. Qualifications Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred. Full-service or steakhouse experience is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills.
