CLUB MANAGER - FULL-TIME DOE

Salary + Bonus In this role, you'll be responsible for training and scheduling staff, overseeing the daily functions of hourly personnel, and assisting the Outlet Manager in day-to-day operations. You'll handle guest concerns, step in as the Manager-on-Duty, investigate and report any incidents involving associates or guests, and manage the property's POS system. You'll also collaborate with other department managers as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

3-5 years of full-service restaurant experience in various FOH roles At least 1 year of supervisory experience in FOH (preferred) Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week 1-year supervisory experience in food & beverage or equivalent Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and multitasking ability Flexibility with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
