) Ensure skunktastic 24/7 execution of all food service programs: including ordering, inventory control, production planning, product handling, product rotations and dating, and display setting Ensure routine maintenance and upkeep of food service equipment and facilities Assist with the hiring, training, and coaching of team members, while enhancing associate engagement Ensure associates' proficiency in executing our Stinkin' tasty food programs by following the training plans and upholding standards for all food service team members. Requirements Must be at least 19 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of retail, food & beverage, or convenience store experience required. You don't need to be an Olympic athlete, but you do need to be able to balance on a step stool or step ladder, lift up to 50 lbs., and work from floor to eye level. Able to work in a cooler or freezer at temperatures as low as 0 degrees Fahrenheit (hey, at least it's not Antarctica).
