Burger Theory About Us Burger Theory is a high-energy, full-service restaurant located inside the Holiday Inn & Suites Idaho Falls. We take pride in delivering great food, craft beer, and an outstanding guest experience. We are looking for a strong Front of House Manager to lead our service team and help drive performance. Position Summary The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading all guest-facing operations, ensuring smooth service, and creating a welcoming, high-quality dining experience. This role is hands-on and works closely with both the restaurant and hotel leadership teams. What You'll Do Lead daily front-of-house operations (hosts, servers, bartenders, to-go) Deliver and enforce high service and hospitality standards Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Hire, train, coach, and develop team members Create staff schedules based on business levels Manage labor costs and team productivity Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards Partner with kitchen leadership to maintain efficient service flow Support hotel events, group dining, and in-room dining operations What We're Looking For 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience (full-service preferred) Strong leadership and team development skills Ability to stay organized and lead in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Experience with POS systems and cash handling Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities within our hotel and management company Hotel and restaurant employee discounts Supportive, team-oriented environment Apply Today If you're a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and takes pride in delivering great guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
