This isn't just an opportunity to take over an existing restaurant. You'll help build the culture, develop the team, establish operating standards, and create the guest experience from day one. You'll be involved before opening day and will have the opportunity to build your team and establish the culture that will define the restaurant. You'll be responsible for: Help prepare the restaurant for a successful grand opening Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard your management and team members Build and train a strong team before opening Establish a positive, accountable, and team-oriented restaurant culture Lead opening training and ensure employees are prepared to deliver an exceptional guest experience Establish and maintain Pizza Ranch standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality Lead all daily restaurant operations once open Coach and develop managers and team members Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and operating expenses Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance Monitor guest feedback and continually improve the guest experience Ensure compliance with company policies, food-safety requirements, and health regulations Lead by example and create a workplace where people want to succeed What We're Looking For 3-5 years of Restaurant General Manager experience required Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop a restaurant team Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing restaurant financials, labor, food costs, and profitability Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to build a team and establish culture in a new environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and managing multiple priorities Basic computer proficiency High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Why This Opportunity Is Different With a new restaurant, you won't be walking into someone else's operation — you'll have the opportunity to build your own team and culture from the beginning.
