Grub is a late night food truck in Moscow, serving scratch made macaroni and cheese, tacos and burritos. We've been serving the community for over 13 years.

Overview:

We are currently seeking a responsible and reliable candidate for Manager/Driver.

Duties:

• Communicate effectively with customers, crew members and owner
• Effectively manage staff
• Prep/cook/load food and supplies onto the truck
• Serve as a line cook or at other various positions on the truck
• Unload and cleanup at end of night

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to pump out food fast and accurately as a line cook
• At least 1 year experience in fast paced commercial kitchen
• Attention to detail and pride in your performance
• Strong time management skills
• Valid drivers license with good driving record
• Age 21 or older What we offer:
• $24/hr. to start + Scheduled raises.
• 3-day weekends every week
• 5 weeks vacation
• Closed all holidays Your Schedule (35 hours): Wednesday 6pm-3am Thursday 7pm-3am Friday 7pm-4am Saturday 7pm-4am
