Job Description

The Alley is looking for a dependable, hands-on management team member to help support daily operations and lead shifts in our family entertainment center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, taking ownership of the facility, and helping create a great experience for guests. Responsibilities include managing shifts, supervising and supporting team members on the floor, assisting with basic general management tasks such as scheduling support, inventory checks, opening and closing procedures, and helping maintain the overall cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the facility. This position is very hands-on and requires comfort jumping in wherever help is needed. Weekend availability is required, as weekends are a core part of our business. This position pays $11 per hour and includes free food and free bowling as added perks. We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and team-oriented who takes pride in both guest experience and maintaining a well-run, welcoming facility. Requirements Basic Requirements Must be 18 years or older Weekend availability required Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts Comfortable working on your feet and being hands-on throughout the shift Ability to lead by example and help direct a small team when needed Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude Willingness to assist with cleaning, basic facility upkeep, and light maintenance tasks Ability to follow procedures, checklists, and safety standards Comfortable handling basic responsibilities such as opening/closing duties and cash handling (training provided) Nice-to-Have (Not Required) Prior experience in customer service, food service, retail, or recreation Previous shift lead or supervisor experience Basic problem-solving skills and comfort handling guest questions or concerns
