Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and efficient workflow Support staff training and development to uphold service excellence and food safety standards Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to guarantee quality and compliance with health regulations Supervise team members in customer service delivery, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reducing waste Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling procedures Support management in budgeting, cost control, and maintaining overall restaurant profitability Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members to build a strong workforce Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation standards across all kitchen and dining areas Assist with shift management, resolving operational issues promptly to maintain high service standards Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices Familiarity with POS systems order processing and cash handling Experience with inventory control, food management, and cost analysis in a quick service or casual dining setting Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff effectively Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus Strong communication skills for team coordination and guest interactions Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us as an Assistant Restaurant Manager where your enthusiasm fuels our success!
