Job Description
General Manager in Training | Super Chix | Twin Falls, Idaho Super Chix is looking for a hands-on leader to join our Twin Falls team and train to become a General Manager. If you love developing people, delivering great hospitality, and working alongside your team, we want to meet you. We serve hand-breaded chicken sandwiches and tenders, hand-cut fries, and fresh-frozen custard. We take pride in the food we serve and the experience we create for every guest. That starts with strong leadership. As a General Manager in Training, you'll learn our concept from the ground up, including every station, our operating standards, and what it takes to run a successful restaurant. We'll provide the training and support. You'll bring the initiative, accountability, and commitment to lead. In this role, you will: Work side by side with your team, staying involved during busy shifts and setting the pace. Train, coach, and develop team members in a positive, accountable environment. Deliver consistent food quality, cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality. Help manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and food and labor costs. Take ownership of the guest experience and resolve concerns with care. Build a team that takes pride in its work and supports one another. We're looking for someone with: Previous restaurant management experience. Availability to work 50 hours per week, including nights and weekends as needed. The ability to regularly lift and move items weighing more than 50 pounds. Strong food safety knowledge and attention to detail. Clear communication skills and the ability to earn trust through consistent leadership. A positive attitude and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills are a plus. Compensation will be based on experience and discussed during the interview process.
