Required Experience:

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Assistant Manager, you will

• Support the General Manager in daily operations of the restaurant
• Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional food and guest experiences
• Foster a fun, fast-paced, and fulfilling work environment
• Contribute to sales growth and profit goals
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor management
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Participate in hiring, training, and developing team members
• Help build and maintain a culture of pride, service, and attention to detail

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

+ Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience + Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service + Strong leadership skills

• ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to manage time, priorities, and operational responsibilities effectively + Experience with financials (inventory, scheduling, labor management, P&Ls, spreadsheets) + Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and eagerness to grow + Aptitude for learning, coaching, and collaboration

REQUIREMENTS

+ Evening availability

• must be able to close the restaurant + Dependable and punctual + Ability to stand/walk for shifts (up to 8-10 hours if needed) + Ability to lift up to 55 lbs + Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use + Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members + Background check required
