•72,000 per year, plus quarterly bonus and profit share About Us Froth & Fork is an established east-side Bloomington bar, restaurant, and video gaming venue with a full bar, a big dining room, and a breakfast kitchen. In early 2027 we're relaunching as a warm neighborhood pub built around weekend brunch, a fast weekday lunch, and game nights with a weekly event calendar. We have the space, the licenses, and the plan. Now we need the leader to bring it to life. The Role This is a hands-on turnaround role, not a caretaker job. You'll lead the relaunch from the ground up: retraining the team, setting service standards, running the soft and grand openings, and building a following of regulars. You'll have real autonomy, a clear plan, and a share of the profit you help create. manage sales, labor by daypart, prime cost, inventory, and cash controls Partner with the kitchen manager on recipes, prep, par levels, and menu decisions Run the bar program and keep every shift compliant with liquor, health, and gaming rules Manage the weekly event calendar: trivia, leagues, watch parties, and brunch Respond to online reviews and build relationships with neighbors and local businesses Report weekly results and relaunch progress to ownership What We're Looking For 3+ years as a General Manager, or 4+ years as an Assistant GM ready to step up, in full-service casual dining with a strong bar program P&L experience: you know your labor percentage and prime cost and how to manage them A track record of building and developing teams Availability for nights, weekends, and weekend brunch; expect 50-55 hours per week during the relaunch Illinois BASSET and Certified Food Protection Manager certifications, or able to obtain both within 30 days Must be 21 or older Big Pluses Experience turning around an underperforming location High-volume brunch experience Familiarity with video gaming establishments Local roots and a network in Bloomington-Normal Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $60,000
