ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our Front of House leadership team within Epiphany Farms Hospitality Group. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands FOH operations, enjoys being on the floor, and brings working knowledge of beverages, service, events, and guest relations. The role also includes involvement in private dining and events—from responding to inquiries and helping guests plan their experience to coordinating details and leading successful event execution. Managers may support different EFHG concepts, events, or locations based on experience, development opportunities, and company needs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead daily Front of House operations and service execution, stepping into FOH roles as needed to uphold service standards Build and support weekly schedules, manage labor effectively, and ensure completion of daily operational responsibilities Hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop FOH team members Foster a positive, respectful, and performance-driven team culture through professionalism, accountability, urgency, and hospitality Support beverage operations, including inventory, ordering, service standards, and staff education Respond to private dining and event inquiries and help convert opportunities into booked business Communicate with event guests, recommend food, beverage, space, and service options, and coordinate event details Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure events are properly planned, communicated, staffed, and executed Lead and support on-site event execution while maintaining high standards of hospitality Identify opportunities to grow private dining, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and other event business Maintain professional communication with guests, vendors, ownership, and internal teams Contribute to evolving systems, training materials, and operational best practices across
EFHG WHO YOU ARE A
confident, hands-on FOH leader with strong hospitality instincts Comfortable building relationships with guests and helping turn inquiries into successful events Interested in food, beverage, events, and concept-driven hospitality Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities Able to balance floor leadership, event coordination, sales, and administrative responsibilities A strong communicator with excellent follow-through Calm under pressure and motivated by team success Flexible, curious, and interested in continued growth
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of Front of House experience in a full-service restaurant At least 1 year of bartending experience required 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred Event, catering, private dining, or sales experience is a plus Solid knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards Strong guest service, communication, organization, and follow-through Comfortable discussing event options and pricing with prospective guests Professional demeanor and appearance Availability to work evenings, weekends, dining holidays, and scheduled events Flexibility to support EFHG concepts and locations based on company needs Desire to grow within a diverse hospitality group
