You will play a key role in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing overall hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service consistent with Aloft and Marriott standards Support budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost control initiatives Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members Collaborate with department heads to improve service quality and operational efficiency Step in as acting manager in the absence of the General Manager Qualifications 2-5+ years of hotel or hospitality management experience (select-service or lifestyle hotel experience preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of hotel operations, including front office and housekeeping Experience with Marriott systems (Lightspeed, FOSSE, etc.) is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred, but not required We're an equal opportunity employer.
