JOB SUMMARY

As a Restaurant Manager you will help provide leadership to your employees in all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant. Excellent Customer Service, good at building teams and creating a great restaurant experience for the guest. The position may supervise up to 30+ employees with direct responsibility for all operations during.

SKILLS NEEDED

Overall knowledge of restaurant operations, excellent customer service, ability to lead and supervise staff, good communication skills, good people skills, cooking skills a plus.
