4-Person CILA Home | In Person This is a working supervisory position responsible for the overall operation of a 24/7 residential home. The House Manager provides leadership, supervises Direct Support Professionals, and regularly works alongside staff to provide direct support and ensure continuous, high-quality care. Primary Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a 4-person CILA home. Supervise, coach, and schedule DSP staff. Ensure staffing coverage across all shifts. Provide direct support and work DSP shifts as needed. Respond to staffing shortages, call-offs, and operational needs. Review documentation and ensure compliance with state and agency requirements. Promote a safe, structured, person-centered home environment. Qualifications DSP Certification required. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Schedule & Flexibility This is a leadership position in a 24/7 residential setting. While the primary schedule is generally daytime hours, flexibility is required based on the needs of the home. Primary Responsibilities Provide overnight supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of individuals served. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, hygiene, and mobility as needed. Administer medications and follow individualized support plans in accordance with agency policies. Complete overnight documentation, safety checks, and incident reporting. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment. Follow health, safety, infection control, and emergency procedures. Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure continuity of care between shifts. Promote dignity, independence, and person-centered supports at all times. Qualifications DSP Certification required. High school diploma or GED. Previous caregiving or residential experience preferred. Ability to work independently overnight.
