Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our operations at our Centralia location (320 South Elm Street). In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing organizational culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, decisive decision-making skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Provide strategic leadership and direction for all operational functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectivesManage and mentor a diverse team, fostering professional development, accountability, and a positive workplace cultureOversee budget planning, financial performance, and P&L management to ensure profitability and fiscal responsibilityDevelop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and maintain complianceDrive business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth and market expansionEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and community partnersMonitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisionsEnsure quality assurance across all operations and implement continuous improvement initiativesRecruit, onboard, and develop talented staff members, conducting performance reviews and addressing performance gapsRepresent the organization in professional and community settings, promoting brand reputation and valuesQualificationsProven track record of successfully leading teams and driving organizational performanceStrong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget management and P&L analysisExcellent strategic planning and analytical skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plansExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse audiencesProficiency in time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with staff recruitment, training, and performance managementStrong problem-solving abilities and decisive decision-making capabilitiesProficiency with business management software and
