Responsibilities Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and reducing waste through effective food management practices. Oversee the implementation of food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and company standards. Conduct regular quality checks on food production processes and supervise food handling procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene. Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members effectively. Collaborate with management on menu development, special events like banquets or catering services, and overall restaurant management initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management skills; previous assistant manager or managerial roles preferred. Familiarity with food safety management practices, inventory control, and food industry regulations. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in casual dining or fine dining settings; catering or banquet experience is a plus.
