The General Manager (GM) of Retail oversees the complex retail operations of an Eataly store. The GM of Retail is an operational leader who not only sets strategy and analyzes financials but also leads through example and stays close to the products and team through consistent presence on the floor. Reports to the Director of Store Operations. Manages the Fresh Market Manager and Dry Market Manager.
