WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is responsible for the overall operation of a single restaurant, typically overseeing a team of 10-45 employees.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing daily restaurant operations Driving guest satisfaction and service excellence Increasing sales and profitability Recruiting, developing, and retaining team members Managing labor, food cost, and overall restaurant financial performance Leading and developing Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures Maintaining a safe and positive work environment The Restaurant General Manager may be required to work long and/or irregular shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to support the business. This position reports to a District Manager and directly supervises restaurant management and hourly team members.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred 1-2 years of restaurant management experience required Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability Proven leadership and team development skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Details Pay Range:
