In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. You will play a crucial role in managing staff, and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction. Supervise and train staff in food service techniques, kitchen operations, and customer interaction. Oversee shift management, ensuring that all team members are performing their duties effectively. Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking. Coordinate banquet services and special events as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in the food industry with a focus on food service management. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees. Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary practices is preferred. Experience in shift management is essential for maintaining operational efficiency. Proficiency with POS systems for efficient transaction processing is a plus.
