We focus on safety, customer service, and the premier experience! About the Job The Assistant Manager position will first and foremost ensure the safety and security of dogs, customers, and staff. This role is integral to supporting camp operations, driving sales, maintaining a strong community presence, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Primary Responsibilities Direct supervision of all hourly employees Conduct recruiting interviews for potential team members and participate in onboarding processes. Supervise employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and performance evaluations Keep a pulse on the Counselors which includes morale, attitude and ways to improve the overall CBW atmosphere Assist the Owner/Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, filling in shifts as needed and overseeing/assisting with pet care as needed. Ensures checklists and schedules are followed by all staff. Help facilitate work and time off scheduling of all Counselors.
