FOOD AND BEVERAGE ASSISTANT MANAGER

Here's what you'll get to do: Oversee day-to-day operations. Ensure quality and consistency of food and beverages. Interact with customers and ensure they have a positive experience. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement quality standards and procedures. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members. Provide ongoing staff training/development opportunities. Manage and lead a team to maintain high production, productivity, and quality standards. Create a positive and exciting workplace culture. Control inventory levels, costs, and minimize waste. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers. Handle payroll and finance reporting. Maximize revenue and profitability. Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant. Here's what will get you noticed: Proven management experience in restaurant industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Understanding of financial aspects of business operations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fun environment. Here's what you need to be successful: Prior experience in a managerial role in a restaurant. Flexibility in hours to service the needs of the company. Here's what we offer: Competitive compensation of $55,000 - $65,000, based on experience. PTO (Paid Time Off) Opportunity for additional bonuses.
