FOOD AND BEVERAGE GENERAL MANAGER

As a Food and Beverage General Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the operation, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance while pushing the boundaries of excellence. You'll oversee revenue growth, profitability, and uphold our gold-standard quality goals. From energizing the team to delighting guests, you'll champion high productivity, top-tier service, and unforgettable dining experiences. Here's what you'll get to do: Coordinate the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house. Hire, train, and manage staff for high performance and morale. Deliver superior service and ensure customer satisfaction. Respond efficiently to customer complaints. Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible. Organize and supervise shifts. Appraise performance and provide feedback to keep team upbeat and productive. Estimate consumption, requirements and maintain inventory. Track compliance with rules and regulations. Control costs and cut waste. Successfully promote and publicize the brand. Nurture positive work environment & lead by example. Track operations and start corrective actions. Schedule staff based on need and efficiency. Handle payroll and finance reporting. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers. Here's what will get you noticed: Proven management experience in restaurant industry. Extensive food and beverage knowledge. Proficiency in English. Proven ability to manage budgets and financial goals. Computer and restaurant management software literacy. Strong leadership, motivational and people skills. Serve Safe Manager Certification; a plus. Here's what you need to be successful: Flexibility in hours to service the needs of the company. Prior experience in a managerial role in a restaurant. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to recruit, train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance standards. High level of professionalism, integrity, & accountability. Here's what we offer: Competitive compensation of $75,000 - $90,000, based on experience. PTO (Paid Time Off).
