What You'll Do:

; As General Manager, you will: Take ownership of the location's daily operations and overall performance. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, and team performance. Drive membership sales, customer retention, and key performance metrics. Monitor KPIs and use performance data to improve results. Maintain high standards for customer service, cleanliness, safety, and site appearance. Oversee cash handling and daily operational procedures. Conduct team training, coaching, and performance conversations. Complete and monitor equipment and maintenance inspections. Open and close the location and ensure the site is operating at its best every day. Build a positive culture where employees feel supported, accountable, and motivated to succeed.
