This role oversees restaurant, bar, and banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution, strong financial performance, and a consistently high level of guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet functions Manage staffing, scheduling, and service flow to support high-volume business levels Lead, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service Monitor and control costs including labor, food, and beverage expenses Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Ensure all service standards, cleanliness, and brand expectations are consistently met Collaborate with Sales and Events teams to execute successful banquet and group functions Address guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner What We're Looking For We are seeking a leader with the following attributes:
