Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient operations within our establishment. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Lead and manage the front-of-house team, providing guidance and support to staff members. Conduct training for new employees on service protocols, food safety, and hospitality best practices. Monitor dining room activities to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise promptly. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely food service and adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food management. Experience in shift management, ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed and operational needs are met. Familiarity with bar operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. This is a part-time position. Hours roughly 4p- close.
