Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with passion and precision. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, shift management, and ensuring smooth service flow. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to maintain quality standards and compliance with food safety regulations. Manage inventory control, ordering, and stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting. Train, develop, and supervise staff members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards. Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training sessions to foster a motivated team environment. Analyze profit and loss statements, manage budgets, and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to health codes, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all restaurant areas. Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate catering events or banquet services when applicable, ensuring seamless execution from setup to cleanup. Qualifications Proven experience managing quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or fine dining experience is highly valued. Strong background in food preparation, culinary techniques, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, training & development skills. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety management. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively. Experience supervising food production, catering events, or banquet services is preferred.
