Certified Dietary Manager Responsibilities:

Responsible for participating in interviewing, hiring, scheduling, in-service training, evaluating and terminating of all Food Service staff Assure that the facility is in compliance with County, State, and Federal regulations Implement four week seasonal menus for Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter Ensure that all meals are nutritious, palatable and satisfying Ensure that staff is following menus and standardized recipes Ensure that all residents are served the diet as prescribed by MD Organize and maintain current diet order slips Complete residents Nutritional Observations and MDS supporting materials Maintain necessary Food Service records for one year Inventory and order all food and supplies while staying within assigned budget
