Duties Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction Supervise, train, and motivate staff members in food preparation, serving, and overall hospitality duties to foster a positive team environment Manage shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and control inventory levels to optimize efficiency and reduce waste Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures at all times Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting Conduct staff training sessions on customer service excellence, food safety, and operational procedures to enhance team performance Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an outstanding dining experience for all guests Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong understanding of restaurant operations Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience within casual dining or fine dining environments Hands-on knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and culinary processes Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting Experience in inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety management Strong leadership skills with the ability to train teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly Background in managing hospitality teams across shifts with expertise in team training, interviewing potential staff, and staff development initiatives Join us as an Assistant Manager where your leadership will elevate our restaurant's performance!
