The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing great food and service. Responsibilities Take customer orders in person and over the phone Enter orders accurately into the POS system Prepare pizzas, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and other menu items Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food-safety procedures Prepare ingredients and keep the prep line full Package orders accurately for pickup and delivery Provide friendly and professional customer service Handle cash, credit card, and other payments accurately Keep the kitchen and workstations clean Wash dishes and complete general cleaning duties Check orders for accuracy before they leave the restaurant Work as part of a team to provide fast and consistent service Follow all company policies and health department requirements Qualifications Must be reliable and punctual Positive attitude and good customer-service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well with others Able to follow instructions and recipes Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift restaurant supplies when needed Schedule Flexible scheduling available. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
