Duties Supervise all aspects of dining room operations, including guest seating, order accuracy, and timely service delivery Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism Oversee food preparation coordination with kitchen staff to ensure quality and presentation meet brand standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Control inventory levels for dining supplies, linens, and utensils to optimize costs and reduce waste Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an outstanding guest experience Conduct shift management duties including scheduling, staffing adjustments, and performance feedback Assist with budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue Train staff on food handling procedures, culinary standards, and hospitality best practices Support catering events or banquet services as needed to expand service offerings Experience Proven management experience in full-service restaurants, with a preference for upscale experience. Extensive background in restaurant management with a focus on dining room operations and team supervision Hands-on experience with POS systems Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and kitchen management principles Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations efficiently Experience in fine dining or casual dining settings with a focus on customer service excellence Skilled in staff training, interviewing potential team members, and developing hospitality teams Familiarity with budgeting processes, profit & loss analysis, and inventory control strategies Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, foster positive communication, and promote professional growth Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
