What You'll Do Partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations Hire, train, coach, and develop team members Lead shifts that deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently met Help manage scheduling, inventory, labor, and food costs Oversee cash handling, deposits, and restaurant financial controls Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture We're Looking for Someone Who Has 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience Enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing others Leads with integrity, accountability, and professionalism Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Has strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Is committed to operational excellence and food safety Holds (or is willing to obtain) a ServSafe Certification Is ready to grow into a General Manager and beyond Why WKS Restaurant Group?
