Job Description
Hiring a General Manager for our Jasper IN location: Must have a killer work ethic, rock star personality and be ready to learn! If you've got what it takes to work for the best burger restaurant in the USA, send me your resume! The General Manager will be responsible for all restaurant operations including but not limited to: staffing, training, food cost, labor, restaurant cleanliness. Must be able to lead a team and have the best QSC possible! The General Manager in Training/Shift Manager will operate and lead shifts when the General Manager is not on duty. Shift Managers are responsible for the effective execution of fast, accurate orders, exceptional customer service, managing labor and food cost and having a "can-do" attitude. Shift Managers are responsible for executing each task required to offer the customer the best possible experience! What does it take to be successful at Hardee's?
