$60,000.00- $126,000.
Reports To:
District Manager We're looking for a General Manager / Site Manager to lead a high-volume E xpress Car Wash and manage a team of 10-15 employees. This full-time management role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, or Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities include daily operations, team leadership, employee training, coaching, scheduling, labor management, safety compliance, customer service, membership sales, guest experience, and overall site performance. Ideal candidates have experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, automotive, service, or operations management and enjoy leading people in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. If you're a motivated leader who loves developing employees, driving results, and running a tight operation, apply today! Training & Certification (3-6 months): You'll complete hands-on training across operations, team leadership, customer recovery, and preventative maintenance. Certification is based on performance in key KPIs, operational standards, and leadership readiness. Raise eligibility begins after certification.What You'll Do:
Lead with Purpose — Manage daily operations with a clear focus on excellence, accountability, and team development. Coach & Grow Your Team — Hire and develop team members through hands-on training, regular feedback, and growth opportunities. Own Peak-Hour Execution — Monitor traffic flow and weather conditions to optimize staffing needs and to keep tunnel moving and guests satisfied. Protect & Maintain Our Facility- keep our site clean, safe, and operating at peak performance through preventive maintenance and attention to detail.

At least 5+ years of management experience (Required) Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends. (Required) Point of Sale Knowledge. Multi-unit exposure or high-volume service environment. (Preferred) Preventative maintenance mindset. (Preferred) Possess a valid driver's license. (Required)Who You Are:
