Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision. Oversee inventory control, food safety protocols, and proper food handling to ensure compliance with health regulations. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and reporting. Train, develop, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of food quality. Manage shift schedules, supervise team performance, and handle staffing needs including interviewing and onboarding new employees. Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability. Ensure smooth kitchen management by overseeing food production, culinary standards, and kitchen safety procedures. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to guarantee satisfaction and foster positive guest relationships. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and promote teamwork within the hospitality environment. Requirements Proven experience managing quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in food industry operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, training & development, and staff supervision skills. Extensive knowledge of food safety management practices and compliance with health regulations. Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential. Strong culinary background with skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in high-pressure situations. Experience in hospitality management including casual dining or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory control, budgeting, and financial analysis accurately.
