Key Responsibilities + Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Technicians. + Schedule daily service routes and assign workloads to maximize efficiency. + Conduct ride-alongs, performance evaluations, and ongoing technician training. + Oversee preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and troubleshooting for vending and breaktime equipment. + Monitor service response times, work quality, and technician productivity. + Assist technicians with complex equipment repairs and technical support. + Maintain appropriate inventory levels of service parts, tools, and equipment. + Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while resolving escalated service concerns. + Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations. + Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. + Ensure company vehicles, tools, and work areas remain clean, organized, and safe. + Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications + High school diploma or GED required. + Two or more years of experience in equipment service, maintenance, or a related field. + Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. + Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. + Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card. + Must be at least 21 years old to meet DOT requirements. + Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. + Ability to work in warehouses, customer locations, and outdoor environments. + Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check. + Must be able to consent to a drug screen. Preferred Qualifications + Technical or trade school education. + Experience servicing vending, coffee, beverage, or foodservice equipment. + Experience with refrigeration systems. + Experience managing service operations or field service teams.
