- We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control, hotel or restaurant management, and possess strong leadership skills.
- Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies
- Supervise staff and provide training as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Coordinate banquet events and manage kitchen operations
- Utilize POS systems effectively

- Proficient in inventory control practices
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant management is preferred
- Strong understanding of banquet operations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of kitchen management procedures
