Job Description
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, customer service, and inventory control.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures
- Handle cash transactions and financial reporting
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and reporting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for inventory management
Skills:
- Proficiency in Aloha POS system
- Previous experience in hotel or food service management
- Strong background in hospitality industry
- Knowledge of coffee service operations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Cash handling expertise
- Ability to manage inventory effectively
- Familiarity with restaurant management practices This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and performance.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$45,000.00- $55,000.
