- A Restaurant General Manager proactively manage operations including inventory, food and beverage management, labor, and security, as well as ensuring brand standards/policies & procedures are followed
- A Restaurant General Manager deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Restaurant General Manager prepares reports for staff, food control, and sales
- Restaurant General Managers create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development Requirements of the Restaurant General Manager
- 3 years or more Restaurant General Management Experience
- Our Restaurant General Managers have basic knowledge of HR responsibilities such as hiring, training and termination of employees
- A restaurant manager must maintain the highest food quality and cleanliness standards
- Our Restaurant General Managers have a hands-on management style
- Restaurant General Manager's need to be passionate about the hospitality industry
