What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of proven success as a Restaurant District Manager or Restaurant Area Manager in QSR operations or Fast-Casual restaurants
• Experience leading 5+ restaurant locations
• A track record of building strong teams and developing future leaders
• Sharp P&L skills and a focus on driving profitability
• Confident with sales execution and local store marketing
• A hands-on leader who trains, coaches, and leads from the front
• Organized, high-energy, and unshakably accountable
