Catering Manager As our Catering Manager, you'll lead catering operations while actively growing our business through community outreach, networking, relationship building, and sales. You'll work closely with clients and our restaurant team to ensure every event is executed with excellence. What You'll Do Grow catering sales through community outreach, networking, and building local partnerships. Develop relationships with businesses, organizations, event planners, and community leaders. Manage catering inquiries, proposals, bookings, and event details. Lead catering events and ensure exceptional service from setup through completion. Recruit, train, and lead a strong catering team. Coordinate with the restaurant and culinary teams to ensure accurate, timely execution. Deliver outstanding client experiences and build repeat business. Help develop creative ways to promote and expand our catering program. What We're Looking For 2+ years of restaurant, catering, hospitality, or event experience preferred. A confident, outgoing leader who enjoys meeting people and building relationships. Strong sales, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A hands-on team player who leads by example. Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.
