Job description: Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader ready to uphold a standard of excellence in the hospitality industry? The Farina Restaurant Group is seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Location:
Michigan City, IN 46360
Compensation:
$55,000 - $85,000 per year
Role Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including financial performance, staff development, and operational efficiency. You will report directly to the Ownership Team and play a critical role in driving our brand's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage all staff members to maintain a high-performance, positive work environment. Oversee daily operations, including service execution, food quality, and guest satisfaction. Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Manage inventory, control costs, and drive profitability. Assist in administrative tasks such as maintaining HR documentation and input for weekly payroll. Actively manage the restaurant's reputation, including handling guest responses and reviews.
Qualifications:
Must have 5 years General Management experience Proven track record of success as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant. Strong P&L management, organizational, and decision-making skills. Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a team. Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
