Job DescriptionProvide quality beverages while ensuring an entertaining and
SPIRITED
milieu to co-workers and any guests. Mix and pour alcohol, liquors, and beverages accurately to provide tasteful drinks.

Communicate with accuracy and friendliness to guests, and co-workers to serve beverage with repetitive motions and charge and give changeReceive and understand beverage orders from guests and co-workers as required and to reproduce said beverages from memorized recipesAccurately ring in customer orders in Micros at time of sale.

Utilizing proper cash/comp handling procedures. Must also charge correct price for all food and beveragesKnowledge of operation and cleaning of various equipment, including but not limited to frozen beverage machine, dishwasher, ice machine, pouring gun, and other related beverage equipment.

Must be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust maneuver, reach, and stoop in bar area to obtain all necessary beverage ingredients and productsCalculate and make change utilize other forms of compensation for products and use a point of sale systemWork individually or in tandem with all dutiesMust be able to read and utilize cleaning products appropriatelyOperate banks and register and use math skills for bankingMust be able to maneuver weights of up to 20lbs.

Have working knowledge of all specialty glassware for beveragesMust have a sense of urgencyMust have product knowledge of alcohol, liquors, and wines to communicate products to guests and co-workersPerforms all relative miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
