Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal service flow Supervise and motivate staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards and uphold food safety regulations Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all food handling and kitchen activities Support customer service excellence by resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally Manage shift schedules, oversee kitchen and front-of-house operations, and ensure timely delivery of services Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to support restaurant profitability Lead staff training initiatives focused on food production, food safety, hospitality practices, and team development Experience Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervisory responsibilities Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Experience in inventory control, food safety standards, and cash handling procedures Background in fine dining or casual dining settings with banquet or catering experience is a plus Strong leadership skills with a track record of staff training & development and team management Previous roles involving restaurant management or assistant manager experience are highly valued Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining excellent customer service Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
