Essential Functions:

Previous GM experience in the restaurant industry or fast food of at minimum 2 years as a GM - demonstrating leadership and development (ability to recruit, screen, hire, develop, and retain Team Members) Solid knowledge of Food Cost and Labor Cost Proven ability to grow sales and control costs Demonstrated or proven career ladder climb A candidate who understands the GM Position requires flexibility with the schedule A candidate with dependable transportation A candidate who values a TEAM and knows how to motivate and instill standards in their TEAM A candidate willing to travel to different store locations

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE 3 - 5

years in a management position (preferably restaurant experience) HOURS Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P & L management. Organizational, planning, and time management Team building skills. Problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills.
