Papa Johns of Tell City is currently seeking a Shift Leader/Asst Manager who can lead, motivate and train team members to deliver quality service & products, while maintaining a fun, energetic environment. As Shift Leader, you will supervise and help train team members to exceed customers expectations. We will rely on you to provide outstanding customer service, while professionally addressing customer concerns and issues. Many of our current Restaurant General Managers started right here and after training and time now manage their very own store!

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work days, nights and weekends Capacity to supervise a team during shift without supervision Proficient with computers and phones Ability to cross train into all restaurant positions Reliable transportation We are a locally owned and operated franchise.
