Responsibilities Lead full-scale restaurant operations across multiple meal periods, ensuring seamless service, consistent execution, and an elevated guest experience. Will oversee a lobby bar & coffee shop as well. Develop and manage a high-performing team, guiding managers and associates, building a strong culture, and ensuring accountability and growth. Drive financial and operational success through budgeting, forecasting, system implementation, and strategic initiatives that support profitability and brand standards. Qualifications Minimum 2 years upscale restaurant management experience. Preferably within a hotel. Deep operational knowledge of dining service, including food, wine, and beverage program collaboration; experience with multiple meal periods is a plus. Ability to mentor
