Under the leadership of the Director of Food Service/ Marketing, the Subway Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Subway store, creating a positive atmosphere for your Team Members, hiring and training new Team Members. Responsibilities of a manager include:

Hire and train Team Memebers to provide superior customer service while meeting Good Oil Company's operational goals. Schedule, coach, and retain Team Memebers. Manage the cleanliness and organization of the Subway store. Perform paperwork/ accounting functions.

Requirements:

Valid drivers license 2+ years experience in retail and or food management with a successful record of performance. Experience with recruiting, hiring, and coaching Team Memebers. Ability to perform store-level accounting functions. Interact professionally with customers and Team Members. Must be able to do extensive walking and physical labor (lifting and bending) Hours may vary, and this job requires on-call time Willingness to follow Good Oil Company's policies and procedures.
