Restaurant General Manager Pay Range:

$50,000 - $60,000 based on experience We are a leading quick-service restaurant brand looking for a dedicated General Manager to lead our location in Emporia Kansas. Key Responsibilities Guest First Culture:

Deliver an exceptional guest experience by pairing fresh product with friendly service.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing team.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain operating procedures, accurate order fulfillment, and product quality.

Financial Management:

Manage food and labor costs, control inventory, and execute strategies to grow sales.

Compliance & Safety:

Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

What We Look For Experience:

2+ years of restaurant management experience (Quick-Service or Fast-Casual preferred).

Skills:

Proven operational oversight, profit and loss (P&L) understanding, and strong communication skills.

Schedule:

Flexibility to work standard management shifts, including peak meal periods, weekends, and holidays.
