As Food Services Director, you will oversee a dining program that supports resident health, preferences, and enjoyment. You will lead the dietary team, manage daily operations, and partner with clinical staff to provide safe, high-quality meals and a positive dining experience. What You'll Do Oversee meal planning, preparation, service, and daily dietary operations. Hire, train, schedule, coach, and support kitchen and dietary team members. Maintain food safety, sanitation, quality-assurance, and regulatory standards. Manage inventory, purchasing, supplies, and the departmental budget. Collaborate with nursing and dietary professionals on special diets and resident preferences. Participate in care planning and continuous quality improvement.
Work Schedule/Shift:
Day shift hours, but may require flexibility in the day-to-day schedule.

What You'll Bring Certified Dietary Manager credential, qualifying food-service management degree, or current enrollment/willingness to enroll in a qualifying CDM program, that meets state and federal regulations. At least two years of progressive, relevant food-service experience. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and applicable FDA and USDA requirements. Food-handler or food-safety manager certification preferred or as required. Strong leadership, organization, communication, and basic math skills.
